Welcome to KRI-ative Cakes & Treats! By ordering from us, you agree to these terms:

Orders & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing an order. Orders will be confirmed once deposit is made.
  • Orders must be paid in full before pick up.
  • We accept payment via online payment on our website and bank transfer when requested.
  • All prices are in NZD and include GST.
  • Payment plans are available on request for custom orders. Please contact us for more details.
  • Any changes to your order requires two weeks notice.

Custom Orders

  • Custom cakes require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
  • Please fill out the inquiry form which allows you to attach inspo ideas. We’ll do our best to match your design, but small variations may happen, as it’s handmade.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your order, you forfeit any payment made to KRI-ative Cakes & Treats within two week of order pick up date.
  • Custom orders may not be refundable once ingredients or decorations have been purchased.
  • If you cancel two weeks before of your order pick up date, you are entitled for a refund for any payment made to us.

Allergies & Dietary Info

  • We offer the following dietary requirements:
    • Gluten-free
    • Dairy-free
    • Nut free
    • Eggless
    • Vegan
  • Please inform us of your specific requirements when placing your order.
  • While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles allergens.

Pickups & Deliveries

  • We offer the following times for pick up:
    • Weekends – 9 am – 10am only.
    • Weekdays – Flexible. Pick up time confirmed when you place your order.
  • Prompt pickup is appreciated to help us keep everything running smoothly.
  • If these pick up times do not work, please call to arrange a suitable time to pick up. We are more than happy to accommodate.
  • We can’t be responsible for your order once they leave our premises.
  • Yes we do offer delivery, please call to find out about charges.

Liability

  • We’re not liable for any issues or damage after delivery or pick up.
  • If there are any concerns we appreciate you contacting us immediately to discuss.
